Unable to cancel service. I lost my job and i had made payments up until that point. Also i never received the magazines i subscribed to. I was supposed to get 6 or 7 a month and would maybe get 3 or 4. I sent in final payment with note to cancel membership. They kept billing me. I sent in several more letters explaining that i was unable to continue my membership and still no one canceled the service. I continued to receive bills for about 6 months then finally they sent a note saying i either pay $360 to cancel now or $800 to continue you service. why do i have to pay 360 t0 cancel when i was trying to cancel for 6 months. read full review »
