I first commented on a complaint about "Orbital Publishing Group" over three months ago. I didn't hear from them for a while; then about two weeks ago I got another bogus "offer" from them in the mail. Both offers were to magazines to which I currently subscribe. (HOW do they get this information?!) Just today I received a THIRD offer. This time their name is "Publishers Billing Exchange"--but the address is still the same.
