I had verizon/fios internet installed on april 1st 2010. Ten days later I still do not have a e-mail account or user sign in. I have called service department every day and either get "we are working on the problem" "I don't know why you are having a problem" or My favorite "My supervisor will call you back". What a mistake I made choosing verizon over comcast. I just wonder how much money it will cost me to switch. read full review »
