My cousin bought an AKC golden labrador puppy from Breedersdirect.com. She bought from them because of their lifetime warranty. The puppy in the picture she picked was not the one she received. The one pictured was almost white with big dark brown eyes. The puppy shipped was darker coat almost reddish and eyes with white rims. When she complained it was not the same puppy, they said the dog was older now then when the picture was taken and it had shed it's puppy coat.
