On March 5, I booked a hotel room at Hotel Estelar El Cable, Manizales through Sandra Dominguez at America Travel, Miami. Sandra booked my flight from Miami to Bogota on Avianca, but told me not to book the Bogota-Manizales Avianca flight through her, but to buy the ticket at El Dorado airport in Bogota when I arrive on Saturday, March 20. However, when I arrived at El Dorado airport on March 20, it was a holiday in Colombia and NO flights were available to Manizales on any airline. Three other airlines also had no seats to Manizales.
