have used cricket broadband for some months, payed religously everymonth via the phone. The last time I paid(Feb) the broadband would not work. It quit the same day I paid the bill. Called tech support they refered me to a"company" store...after several visits, staying for 30 min or more no one ever showed for work. I called tech support back, complained and they agreed to refund my last months money. HOWEVER, they never sent the money back to my account...bunch of a..holes.
