I have availed 3 credit cards from ICICI bank and was using it for the past 4 years with prompt payments. Last October i had paid the amount on time but the bank calculates the due after adding the intrest and then deducting the payment done which resulted in a over limit. I had a lot of discussions with the customer care who were not helpful. I decided to close the card and asked for a closure with the person who had come to collect the dues.
