Over a year ago I sent for and received a "free" trial offer of Lift SP. As I was not satisfied with the product I called and cancelled any further shipments. I was then instructed to send the remainder of the product back which I did in a timely manner. Now, after more than a year, I have received a notice that I owe the company money because they said they never received the returned product.
