I placed an order online with their website for a relatively low cost item which they said was in stock. They took my bank card details and the money was taken out of my account the same day. Its now over 3 weeks since I placed the order, no reponse to my emails and was told last week on the phone that my order would be with me that week (Thursday or Frida).
