On Jul 2nd, 2009 their rep stopped at my house. We renewed Reader's Digest that day, with a three day right to cancel. I did that the next day, and have proof of it. The receipt number is K00018278, in the amount of $63.00. Subsequently, I was asked by them to submit more proof in January, 2010, which I did. I have complied with all aspects of the right to cancel, and they ignore my request to repay me. This is a legal contract, and I have lived up to it, but they have not. I have turned this over to the U. S. Postal Inspection Fraud Division, and the Better Business Bureau will be notified next. Where is my refund of $63.00? read full review »
