I called 4 days before my 2 week trial was over and am unable to reach them by internet site or phone. i live on the West coast and do not get home from work before the supposed hours are to call. I do not want this product and do not want it charged to my account. I have been unsuccessful in cancelling any further orders. in reading the other comments, I find that i have the same trouble. This is a scam and should be stopped. i want any money back that they have charged me and to cancel further orders. They have an auto ship which sends the products before you even know it. read full review »
