I ordered a bunk bed from Mercantila. The wood was damaged. After hearing all that required I fixed this myself. The bunkbed was to come with 2 free mattresses of which I only recieved one. Many phone calls and e-mails later I was given the run-around. The second mattress has never arrived, and i am sure never will. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! read full review »
