Hello, I hope you can help me as I have tried to resolve this problem on my own with no luck. On 3/21/10 I purchased a Louis Vuitton handbag costing me 42.00+16.00 shipping bringing the total to 58.00 Order number 201032110728. On 3/27/10 the package arrived with a mans pair of sneakers, obviously the company got the orders wrong, so I wrote to them and sent multiple pictures of what I recieved.
