I received an early warning notice from Rodale Credit Dept indicating that I had not paid my Men's Health Subscription. It said that I had to pay the bill before it goes any further. It was signed by a collections manager. The phone number on the bill was not active from a land line and when I tried to call the number from my cell it sent me a text message telling me that I had to pay $9.95 to access the number.
