I cancelled service (DSL) in December 2007 and contracted with cable Vision for sevice. Verizon did not cancel my DSL and billed me until July 2008 for service. I have been contacted by a collection agency for the amount of $180.00. All I want is a bill from Verzion explaining the amount. read full review »
