I, like many others got a similar cold call about someone coming out to test my water system. They said that it would take about 15 minutes and that there would even be a fun experiment for my kids to do. They also said that I would receive a $20 gift card to Walmart for agreeing to the test. Last year someone from our town came out to test our water and said it was fine, and it only took 5 minutes. I thought that it was the same people coming to check it again, I was wrong.
