Hi, I am working for Software company. I have taken home loan from IDBI bank in Nov 2009. they have sanctioned me 40 laks loan on that perticular property, and I have been paying all my EMI's till date. Finally after 6 months I came to know that the property has been registered with the fake documents. The actual owner of the property has filed a case.
