I was originally with Toucan who were already a nightmare.. changed to pipex uk and since then an absolute nightmare. They upgraded their system on 9th of march sent a letter to that effect which arrived on 14th march since then internet was down for 16 days.. cant get to speak to anyone they dont act when u call and get cut off when you get around the high rate call saying they have to answer calls on the premium line.
