Went to the Pizza Hut in Llano. I have to limit my caffiene intake, so I ordered water and asked for sweetener We were told that we were going to be charged for a beverage. Said we were trying to steal a soft drink because we wanted suger. I have no problem paying for my drink, but they made a scene about it. They did this where all the customers could hear. We asked for a customer service numbner and was told they were not a corporate store and didn't have one. The manager said the only way to contact them was through their website. read full review »
