HSBC turned over my autoloan to Santandar. I had read some bad reviews about this company, so I refinanced with a local credit union. The credit union had the paperwork done in a matter of a few days. Now, do you think Santandar could deliver on a pay-off quote? A snow ball in *** would have a better chance. Get this, the first customer service said she'd put in the request, and it would be faxed to credit union with 24-48 hours.
