We recently purchased a car from Butler Hyundai in Indiananpolis, Indiana. They were to pay off our existing loan with Ford Motor Credit, their check BOUNCED!!! Ford sent us a letter stating the payment was returned by the bank and that they in turn stopped payment on our refund check. The letter also stated that we neeeded to mail the title back to Ford. Our purchase agreement also stated they would tint the windows (we specifically told the salesguy as dark as possible without it being limo tint).
