Purchased a HP desktop from Tiger Direct and was convinced to by the extended service plan for 149.00 and it was for on site repairs. Sounds great right? Wrong after calling Bankers Warranty Group I was told a company called VT Services would come out to make the repairs. Well when I get the call from VT Services they said they do not do in home repairs they pick up the item to be repaired and take it to their service center to make repairs and then return it.
