I have been a customer of Cricket Wireless Broadband Service for 5 months and it has been a continuous problem. Customer Service is essentially non-existent! When you have a problem if it is after 8:00pm (cst) you are routed through a system that eventually disconnects your call. On the rare occasions that you actually speak with a human being, when you can understand them because of their thick accents, they have no resources to solve your problems.
