I purchased a washer and dryer. The brand is Samsung and I have had 3 service men from Conns come out and see the washer that shakes. No one has been able to fix it. Conns says that Samsung has to fix it. I bought the expensive extended warranty from Conns and have had no luck getting it fixed. Three service men from Samsung have also came out and now the machine will not even start. I have spoken to different people at Conns and every says it is out of their hands. DON'T PURCHASE FROM CONNS!!! I am still playing phone tag with them. read full review »
