Airtel Prepaid VAS services are a complete scam. They initiated couple of services ontheir own on my prepaid number 9096964444 and are deducting money every hour. I have called customer service multiple times and even after repeated promise by them none have taken any action. To add more insult to the injury, each interaction with customer care costed me 20 to 50 rupees because I am roaming in another state. I want someone to take action on this.
