purchase a sofa/loveseat less that three months old and the material on it is defective. They sent out a person to look at it and of course it is something that "is not" covered under their warranty It has taken a month to even get a manager to call me back and then they inform me (very rudely) that they will not do anything about it. I paid over $2200 for this junk and they tell me that's to bad. I recommend that anyone thinking of purchasing anything from them to go somewhere else.
