I scheduled maintenance on my air conditioner unit. I was given a date of April 12 between 1 and 5. After not hearing from the technician, I resorted to calling the offices regarding the visit. At 8pm the technician showed up but didn't have the parts to repair the unit. He said it would be rescheduled for the next day, April 13. I requested priority for the next day.
