I have been a customer in good standing for over 2yrs. Back in Nov. my husband left and I was stuck w/all the bills. Knowing I would need help, I contacted ILHEAP and was accepted. I was on the budget plan and auto pay prior to this. When they changed my name back to my maiden name, the computer pulled an old written off commercial account balance into my residential acct.
