The email offer said unlimited call for a month to India for $19.99. However, after paying I realised that I can call only for 3000 minutes. On complaining it to their Customer Care I was asked to refer to the FAQs, where they have mentioned 3000 minutes limitation. The website or the email body text does not mention this limitation. This is a misrepresentation of the offer designed to dupe the consumers in believing that calls are truly unlimited. read full review »
