I bought Samsung washer and dryer.Washer broke after three weeks. Have called probably ten times or more in the past two to three weeks. Still have a washer that is broken.Have heard some stores won't carry Samsung products because of poor or no service. Now I know first hand. Wish I would have never bought Samsung. Stay away from Samsung and hhgregg company who we bought it from and said they just sell them, they don't service them. read full review »
