My wife received a gift package addressed to me, just before lent and delivered by FedEx. More than TWO WEEKS after the delivery, I received a bill from the company charging me about $13+. As sure I was that it had been paid for, I called the company's 1-800 number to inquire about it. At first I was told it was a tax imposed by the government for the gift I received.
