Hi I would like to register my dissatisfaction with Telpacifics phone card services and their addition to my growing belief that these cards generate these companies income under false pretenses. This is my 3rd purchase of a phone card and the 2nd time they have rendered useless. Of course, the purchase price of the cards works in your favour. Most people, as I did with the 2nd card, would consider a $10 loss not bad enough to pursue the matter with their so called 'customer (no) service' team.
