Ordered part from Pep Boys on Tuesday paid for next day delivery. Was told it would be in by 3 P M. Went to store at 4:45 P M.. Was told it would be in by 6 P M. Went back to store on Thursday at 8:30 A M was told that parts ordered Past 3 P M take 2 days. Why was I told after 3 P M on Wednesday..I have an appointment with my mechanic at 11 A M today.I paid extra for next day delivery what a joke...I'm not mad at the clerk the company needs to teach them there policy... read full review »
