Product purchased on 18/03/2010, delivered to my residence on 19/03/2010, worked fine for a couple of days but soon cooling began to go down, complaint lodged with company, attended promptly by service enggs, gas refilled, ok for a couple of days, same problem recurred, again fresh comp lodged, engg came and said internal leak, non repairable, product has to be replaced with a fresh piece, demanded to see invoice, i supplied him with xerox copy of road challan dtd.18/3/10 and cash memo dtd.6/4/2010.After repeated calls, Finally the company... read full review »
