I purchased a book back in Nov. 2009, this company has been debting $9.95 out of my checking acct. I didn't join this book club and had no ID and password to start one... this in not a good company, my book was only a couple bucks but they have taken over $40. dollars from my acct. I called and ripped them a new one. and was told to write a letter to get the rest of the money refunded. they only refund one month back. I was so mad I could spit!! I am reporting them to Better Business in FL. and in Oregon. those that have been in comtact with the dirt Ball company should do the same Sincerely Brenda read full review »
