These people reel you in to order a sample, they never ship it but then charge your credit card, when you get the credit card bill which the charges are over $80.00 you call them to see what this is all about as you order a 3.95 sample and never receive either, then they refuse to credit your acct. You call them they put you on hold, you call back ask for a supervisor " the one I spoke with her name was Maria" says she is not going to credit your acct. I ordered a trial sample for 3.95 ( never received it) so did not think much about it until I recived my m onthly credit card bill. They charged me 84.01 for something I was never shipped then failed to provide proof they shipped me anything only said I should have cancelled in 10 days which would have been fine, but you need to receive a product, try it to cancel it. I never received it. Now they are refusing to credit my credit card 84.01 for something I never received.
