What a joke this company Hydra Flask is. Saw their website and wanted more information. Called 2 times and left messages. Received one phone call back from customer service Cindy who I couldn't understand at all, almost like she had distractions around her and couldn't concentrate on customer service on the phone. Prices they listed online were not what was quoted to me. Couldn't verify shipping charges or dates for shipping. Felt they were very disorganized, so just advice to them to get a grip on their website as thats what people will be calling about. read full review »
