I agreed to a 20 minute appointment for free energy saving tips. The rep stayed for 2 1/2 hours! He was Mr. Hard Sale. I couldn't get him to leave. Finally, I started getting upset, so he called his boss to try to talk me into buying their system. When I asked for 24 h ours to think about it, the man on the phone got really defensive and rude with me. Finally, I said Thanks but No Thanks and showed the rep to the door.
