I ordered the product (diet pills) on a trial and shortly after receiving them my family doctor advised against taking them due to a prescription drug I was on. I immediately followed the instructions on emailing them for a return code/label. I did this ten days before my trial period was up. Followed up 4 days later when I didn't get a response. Finally called them after the trial had expired and asked about the return code.
