I went to order a product and pay through paypal but did not click submit the first time, the second time I did pay for the product, unbeknown to me I placed 2 orders and had paid for 1. I got an invoice asking for payment for the 1st order. I asked Strawberry net to cancel that order as I had place another. I waited over a week for the paid order to arrive...still waiting. I've waited 2 weeks and am still getting invoices for the cancelled? order. I have asked for a refund and filed a claim through paypal. Strawberry net dont' even reply to paypal mail! They have my money and are now telling me it takes time to refund money! Loosers read full review »
