I have had it with Charter Communications ! Their cable TV service is very poor. Charter cable TV service has many problems. Charter TV cable has always tiled from the first time they went to digital. Tiling is when your picture goes away and comes back in little squares. Sometomes the picture just snaps off to a blank screen losing audio and video. I have called Charter at least 40 times to tell them of their poor service.
