What is the point of checking a return receipt and scanning ALL the items, even if you have about 20 of them - BEFORE you even get in line to return your stuff. This is a hassle and does NOTHING to get me through the return line faster, the people that do the returns don't even look at the labels I'm given by the scanner. WASTE OF MY TIME .
