Purchased full price gown to the tune of $998.00 in NYC at full price. I live in Colorado, where there is no Max Azria store. Sent the gown back to the online division because I had no way of exchanging the item. Keep in mind this item was still listed on the web site for full price, 998.00. Received a letter stating they would not exchange the item because it was not purchased online. Ordered a statue from this company in November 2009 and wired 230.00 US dollars to China. I dealt with Mr. Zengjie Liu, who promised the statue would be delivered to Colorado, USA in a month or two. I kept sending e-mails and he kept promising delivery within a week or two. He would occassionaly e-mail me back with some excuse, materials are unavailable, the Chinese New Year, etc. Then I requested a refund, and never got a response. Follows is the company information.
