Their Insured hit me on 02/28/10. After 4 weeks, they could not get their insured to call them back. I, ME, had to track their insured down, go to his house and get him to call and admit fault. THEN...when my car is finally done at the body shop (HIGHLY recommed Custom Car Crafters in Austin TX((Ask for Charly)) I get a call at noon.They are closed on weekends and today is Friday.
