Why is Airtel fooling its customers by falsely telling customers through SMS service that it has upgraded broadband speed without any additional charges. On 13th April 2010 i received a msg from AX-Airtel saying "As a constant endevour to delight our valued customers, we at airtel have increased your broadband spped to 512 kbps without addtional charges.
