They selected the wrong photo and sent it off to the printers. After the poor photo shoot they don't give a shit about customer service. After they get your money, they take it. They say on their website that they offer retouches, but none of this occurs. Takes 8 weeks to deliver and rude secretaries who say they will call you back and don't. i forked out 4, 000 and have not heard back. SCAM and poor customer service. read full review »
