My wife and I were awarded a travel certificate to be honored by Certs. As other complaints on the internet state, Certs will find a method to avoid honoring the travel awards. Since I became aware of he complaints against Certs prior to sending them their required documentation, I was extremely careful to comply with the terms of the program. All to no avail. They have denied our vacation award, claiming that copies of passports were not included. There is no mistake on my part, the passports were in the documentation that I mailed.
