I bought an LG KC910 (Renoir) last April 14, 2010 at SM North Annex branch. When I went home exploring the unit I found a video recorded inside of it and on the next day I bring this back to the said branch but the guy the attend me accused me that I only put the video. But still he told me to bring the complete package the next day for them to replace the unit. I brought the package to be replace last friday (April 16, 2010) and I told me what about if there are still defects. And they said that it will be covers only with the warranty.
