I have been using tata broadband connection which is not working properly from last 2 months and I have complained regarding the same to customer care and nothing has been resolved yet which seems how you treat your customers.From yesterday i.e 10/4/2010 there is no internet connectivity at all and I have contacted the customer care that it is a critical issue and they committed that it will be resolved within 6 hours and it is not yet resolved for which I have decided to dis-continue your services from next month onwards.
