have been going to the priority banking branch at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad since the last 4 days for an original statement. They have been telling me that the printer is not working and asking me to come the next day. Also I think I am being profiled. They are asking me first which branch I have an account. I tell them that I have an account in the main branch at begumpet and not in the branch I am going to and after that they tell me that the printer is not working.
